In stock items get shipped within 3-5 days of placement. Dice sets and jewelry are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. Single dice orders are shipped in bubble mailers. Sticker only orders are shipped in envelopes with cardboard reinforcement. Custom items and commissions can take 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Buyers are responsible for contacting the USPS about any delays or issues once the package is in transit. It is your responsibility to contact the USPS and/or visit your local USPS to pick up the package.
Buyers outside the US: Unfortunately I have no control over the speed of delivery once the package enters the postal system. If your package is stuck in customs or delayed, you will have to contact the postal service as it will be out of my hands. Buyer will be responsible for any customs fees.
I do not offer refunds, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to address it.

Dice -
Please do not let these soak in liquid, it may soften the acrylic paint in the numbers and it may come out. Do not leave them in areas of high heat (car in summer, near a heater/furnace, etc.) for extended periods of time, it can soften the resin and cause it to yellow prematurely. All resins will yellow over time, keep them in a cool, dry, dark place. Don't eat them.
This is a handmade product, my hands are involved every step of the way. While I strive to make them as perfect as possible, there may be small imperfections and marks from the handmade process that will not affect gameplay in any way.
Jewelry -
Take jewelry off before showering or swimming. Apply perfume and lotion before putting jewelry on. Wipe with a damp soft cloth. Keep out of prolonged UV/sun exposure.
